Good morning, team, it is Noah, back with an early morning adventure with our OG, Felix and his wife Jen. I wanted to start today's report with a brief passage from Marcus Aurelius' Meditations Book 5. π
At dawn, when you have trouble getting out of bed, tell your-self. "I have to go to work-as a human being. What do I have to complain of, if I'm going to do what I was born for-the things I was brought into the world to do? Or is this what I was created for? To huddle under the blankets and stay warm?"
-But it's nicer here....
So you were born to feel "nice"? Instead of doing things and experiencing them?
The early starts can be tough sometimes, but I have never once regretted going. Life can be busy, stressful, and even boring, but don't forget to experience life. π I know I can get sucked into checking things off a list, never taking a moment to take a breath, look around, and appreciate where you are at in life. β€οΈ
Okay that's your weekly dose of Stoic Philosophy, now onto the snow! β·οΈ With a 6 AM start it was a chilly one, but well worth it. Stay tuned below for all the details.

Today's report is made possible with the support of Open Door Vacation Rentals and sister businesses Main + Mountain and Homestyle Hotel.
Last night, I met up with one of our followers, Brian, and his wife, Portia, who also just started renting their condo with me at Open Door; guess where we met up? Main+Mountain obviously. π I got to introduce my wife, enjoy some good drinks, talk a little business, and get to know each other a bit more. The connections run deep in a small town, and that is what I believe makes Ludlow so special.
