It's funny how Friday is the golden child of the weekdays, just like I'm the golden child of my family (sorry Avery and Sam, but you know it's true). 😇 This is, of course, Abby with your end-of-the-week snow report! Cheers to the weekend. 🍻
I was joined by my Uncle Jamie today, who thinks he is the golden child of his family, but it's really my mom, Pam. Everyone loves Pam. Hi, mom! 🙌
When I say I was "joined," I really mean I was coerced into skiing with two old dudes today. Between Uncle Jamie and his best friend Doug, they have more metal in them than an auto repair shop. 🚗 I mean, Doug can't even go through the metal detectors at TSA anymore. They were either really good at skiing once, or really bad. I'll let you decide. 😜
We received about 1" of unforecasted snow overnight, my favorite kind of snow. ❄️ It was just enough to cover up the scratchiness beneath. Doug said it well, today was "superficially good".
