Well its official folks, Punxsutawney Phil is predicting six more weeks of winter so we can all rest assured that the ski season is safe! Today is also Sunday here is your weekly does of Stoic Philosophy.

This passage struck me hard, with my busy work schedule and generally full life it's the people closest to my who tend to bear the burden of my overall "Business". Making a point to show appreciation, touch base with someone, and show up for the commitments I've made is something that I have been working on this week and this was a good reminder to put in the effort. The time may not always be there but you can always make an effort to engage in small acts that typically have a large impact.
