90. Wednesday, March 19th

Wow, what a gorgeous day here in Vermont! βοΈ This is Abby with your middle-of-the-week snow report. The sun is shining, and there's not a cloud in the ski...it's a perfect bluebird day, my favorite. π¦
The snow is springlike and soft, but it's still holding up really well! The underfoot stability is still there, so no complete mashed potato vibes IMO. π₯ Slush ponds are starting to form in the base area, but the trails are phenomenal. π₯€
I'm starting to question whether we've reached "Real Spring" or "Spring of Deception". π· The Equinox is technically tomorrow to mark the first day of Spring (yay), but the weather report says otherwise. It looks like Winter is re-entering the group chat for one more snowstorm. More on that below. β¬οΈβοΈ

I just love skiing on a freshly-tuned pair of sticks. My Nordica Santa Anas are amazing, but the tuning The Boot Pro does on these bad boys makes them even better. You really do need a good wax with conditions like this. Shoutout to Danny, my husband, for dropping off my skis for a tune the other day. π
As the season winds down, they've got lots of great sales happening over at the shop. You can even score my exact skis for a discount!! Go check it out - located at the bottom of Mountain Road. πͺ©
